We are now very excited to be able to offer you two unique locations, with a huge selection of treatments and health classes suitable for everyone.

Hands On Therapy is found in the downtown area of Penticton. Found within the vibrant and new space of Bodies On Power. We are located across the street from the new Wine and Information Centre on Railway Street. Look for the flag when driving by the Memorial hockey arena!

Hands on Spa & Fitness Classes is our second location, taking you up to the local ski hill of Apex Mountain. The 09/10 season will celebrate our second year at Apex! The health spa and fitness classes will be centrally located in the Apex Mountain Inn & Spa.

In our high stress non-stop lives, it is becoming more important than ever to get back to basics. We strive to provide the best quality service in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our goal is to help you maintain the unique balance between your health and well being.

When browsing this site, first choose which location you are interested in, and then a drop down bar will show you all the services that are available.

Remember you can book online at anytime by clinking on the appointment tab at the top of the screen.

A reminder that when booking your appointment online, you must book two days in advance. This is to help schedule our practitioner's accordingly, and prevent over booking.
